How Long Does a Home Inspection Take?
An inspection of a small condo might take only 2 hours. A single family home of about 3500 square feet will take 3-4 hours. Within 1 business day of the inspection you will receive a written report with the results of the inspection.
Can I be Present During the Inspection?
Yes! I prefer that the client be present during the inspection. As I inspect the home, I will be explaining what I see and you may have questions that I would love to answer. I do ask that you not climb on the roof with me, or touch any exposed electrical panels!
